Wood care

To maintain the quality of wooden products, avoid using harsh chemical-based cleaners. Instead, we recommend that you opt for mild non-alkaline soap and water for cleaning.

Outdoor wood furniture should be treated with suitable outdoor timber oil as needed.

Timber Table Tops

Our timber table tops have a durable commercial-grade lacquer finish. Cleaning is simple, we recommend that you just use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals that can damage the finish.

Over time, the finish may require maintenance. For example, if the table is exposed to direct sunlight, it may need a new coat of lacquer. If you need to do this, just sand the table back to bare timber and then apply a fresh commercial-grade lacquer.

Fabric Care

To properly care for fabrics, we recommend that you do the following:

  • Keep fabric away from direct sunlight and use curtains or blinds for protection to avoid UV damage.
  • Regularly vacuum fabric surfaces and cushions to remove dust and dirt using an upholstery brush attachment.
  • Avoid using non-commercial scented fabric fresheners, neutralizers, and fabric protectors. They are not recommended.
  • While Scotch guarding upholstery offers higher protection, note that it may void the warranty. Please ensure that any third-party sealing service provides its own warranty.
  • Professional cleaning is recommended every 12 months or every 6 months for frequently used furniture.
Vinyl Care

We recommend that vinyl furniture is shielded from direct sunlight to prevent damage.

For cleaning, use water, mild detergent, and a sponge. A soft nylon brush can help remove stubborn dirt and grime. Avoid using vinyl protectants, bleach, abrasive materials, or any products that may cause chemical burns. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry.

Dust regularly with a clean, dry duster.
